Responsibilities:
--- Generate leads for potential clients
--- Attend training sessions to enhance real estate knowledge and skills
--- Follow up on leads until appointments are scheduled with either a listing or buyer's agent
--- Communicate regularly with homebuyers via phone calls and emails to maintain relationships and ensure brand recall
--- Produce monthly and quarterly sales reports to track team progress towards company goals
--- Manage sales inquiries from qualified leads and successfully convert them into new clients
--- Utilize CRM system to maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information for agents

Qualifications:
--- Real estate license or the motivation to get one
--- No experience is required training will be provided
--- Strong communication skills are essential for effective client interactions.
--- The role offers commission opportunities as part of the compensation package
--- Additionally, having a valid Drivers License is a mandatory requirement
