We're seeking an Electrical Superintendent who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment to manage on-site installations, ensure quality, and keep projects on track!What You'll Do:Project Oversight: Manage on-site electrical work ensuring all installations meet safety standards and regulatory codes.Team Leadership: Mentor and guide your crew to foster a collaborative work atmosphere.Scheduling & Coordination: Work hand-in-hand with project managers, subcontractors, and vendors.Quality Assurance & Safety: Conduct inspections, troubleshoot issues, and enforce strict safety protocols.What We're Looking For:Proven experience as an Electrical Superintendent in commercial settings Minimum 10 years' field experienceIn-depth understanding of electrical systems, safety standards, and industry best practices.Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.Bilingual abilities (Spanish/English preferred) with a knack for teamwork.Must be CPR/First Aid certified.Must complete OSHA 30 within the first 90 days.Valid Florida License, a good driving record, and the ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.Master Electrician, Silver certification preferred.Hands-on approach with excellent blueprint reading and computer skills (Word & Excel).Ready to lead with excellence and drive our projects to success?
