Job Description:
A company is looking for an Inquiry Resolution Representative -
Remote.
Key Responsibilities
Investigate and resolve patient disputes while ensuring compliance
with applicable laws and regulations
Collaborate with patients, attorneys, and regulatory agencies to
address disputed issues effectively
Handle identity theft claims and work with various stakeholders to
resolve issues identified during investigations
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
High School Diploma/GED required; college degree preferred
Minimum of 4 years of experience in the healthcare industry,
preferably in a facility or provider setting
Thorough understanding of federal and state laws such as HIPAA,
FDCPA, and FCRA
Proficiency in MS Office
Ability to lift at least 10 pounds
