Position Details:



Title: Field Supervisor

Location: Fort Myers, FL

Shift: 8am-4pm, Monday-Friday

Compensation: $80-90k+, + annual performance bonus 4-8%

Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, PTO, Federal Holidays, Company truck- Ford Ranger (take home), fuel card

Travel: regional travel- no overnights



Position Description:

Are you a driven individual with a military background seeking a dynamic leadership role? The Field Supervisor will oversee mechanics, installers, and repairers in retail service business, ensuring key customer service metrics are met and team members are developed through coaching and evaluation. With a focus on promoting customer satisfaction and upholding company values, this role requires intermediate to advanced knowledge of residential service and installation, along with basic to intermediate management skills in various areas including financial understanding, sales, and human resources. This role will help shape the future of the organization and your career.



Requirements:



The ideal candidate for this role is one with military leadership experience who can effectively manage diverse teams to oversee HVAC operations, ensuring exceptional service delivery. To stand apart from your peers you will be able to speak to your strong leadership abilities, capable of leading and mentoring a team of technicians while maintaining high standards of excellence and efficiency and ability to quickly learn a new skillset. HVAC/Service experience is not required but Field Supervisors are expected to learn through training, OJT and overall desire to succeed.
