Job Description:
A company is looking for a Benefits Specialist responsible for
benefit plan administration and employee support.
Key Responsibilities
Administer and ensure compliance of various benefit plans,
including insurance and retirement plans
Process payment of benefit billings and audit benefit carriers for
accuracy
Advise employees on eligibility and coverage, acting as a liaison
between employees and carriers
Required Qualifications and Education
Experience in benefit administration, preferably with Workday
Bachelor's degree or related experience in Human Resources,
Finance, or Business Administration
General knowledge of accounting
Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize workload
Experience in establishing and maintaining interpersonal
relationships
