The firm is in need of someone with 3-10 years of litigation experience, serving as lead attorney on all assigned cases, handling every aspect of litigation, including depositions, hearings, discovery, motion practice, and mediations without oversight. Openings in Fort Myers, Jacksonville and Coral Springs offices. When submitting your resume please state location preference.

• Excellent time management skills.

• Previous deposition and court experience.
• Experience in Personal Injury Litigation: Products Liability, Auto Negligence; Premises Liability; Negligent Security etc.
• Must be a member of the Florida Bar.
