Job Description:
A company is looking for a Staff Software Engineer, Backend
(MoneyIn) to drive technical direction and mentorship within their
engineering organization.
Key Responsibilities
Define architectures and establish trade-offs in cost vs value
while gaining buy-in from stakeholders
Coach and mentor senior engineers to enhance innovation,
efficiency, and technical capabilities
Collaborate with teams to deliver features that improve system
robustness and performance
Required Qualifications
Minimum 10 years of experience in designing and maintaining
large-scale backend software systems
Expertise in modular distributed applications and cloud
technologies, preferably AWS
Experience with large-scale data processing and managing elastic
workloads
Proven ability to migrate from monolithic systems to modern
scalable technologies
Strong desire for continuous learning and mentoring within the
engineering team
