Job Description:
A company is looking for a Remote Part-time Corporate
Recruiter.
Key Responsibilities
Sourcing, screening, and engaging with candidates to fill open
roles effectively and efficiently
Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to
offer acceptance
Collaborating closely with hiring managers to understand hiring
needs and ensure alignment throughout the recruitment cycle
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma required; Bachelor's in related field
preferred
At least 1-2 years of experience in a recruiting, talent
acquisition, or related role
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other
recruitment tools
Knowledge of recruitment strategies, sourcing techniques, and labor
market trends
Experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes, including
sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
