Job Description:
A company is looking for a Part Time HR Generalist to support HR
operations and the People & Culture team.
Key Responsibilities
Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, including orientation
and data entry
Assist in payroll administration and benefits management
Support recruiting processes and maintain employee records
Required Qualifications
3-5 years of experience in human resources
Knowledge of employee lifecycle administration and payroll
systems
Experience with unionized employees and collective bargaining
agreements
Proficiency in HR information systems and applicant tracking
systems
Current HR Certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP) is
preferred
