Job Description:
A company is looking for a Customer Service Advocate II to
resolve inquiries and provide support to members and providers.
Key Responsibilities
Assess and research routine inquiries and initiate corrective
actions as needed
Serve as the front-line resolution advocate for member and provider
issues
Document communications and maintain performance standards in a
contact center environment
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
High School diploma or GED required
1 - 2 years of related experience preferred
Vocational or technical education may be required
Experience in a contact center environment is preferred
Must reside in Illinois for remote work eligibility
