Full time DVM: Medical Operations Partner - New Opportunity + Superior Salary - Naples, FL / Estero, FL / Fort Myers, FLA leading partner hospital group is seeking a Medical Operations Partner to join their team and provide support across multiple hospitals in the Naples/Fort Myers area. This opportunity is perfect for an experienced veterinarian passionate about leadership and team development.Role Overview:The ideal candidate will be a skilled veterinarian who wants to take on a leadership role while remaining clinically active. This position offers a unique blend of clinical practice and operational leadership, making it ideal for someone looking to make a broader impact and further develop their leadership skills. The Medical Operations Partner will work closely with the veterinary team to elevate patient care, ensure high-quality service, and mentor DVMs, especially new graduates.Key Responsibilities:Clinical Excellence:

  • Provide direct patient care, perform procedures, and build a client base, dedicating 75-100% of time to clinical responsibilities.
  • Offer hands-on support, case consultations, and mentorship to fellow veterinarians, particularly new graduates in surgery and dentistry.
  • Implement process improvements to enhance hospital operations and client satisfaction.Building a Strong Veterinary Community:
    • Foster a positive and supportive work environment, collaborating with the regional team on operational issues and strategic planning.
    • Take an active role in regional DVM recruitment, partnering with HR for interviews and onboarding, helping to attract top talent to the team.
    • Mentor and guide new graduate veterinarians, supporting their professional growth.Operational Success:
      • Collaborate on optimizing hospital operations and scheduling, ensuring smooth flow and efficient staffing.
      • Analyze hospital performance metrics and work on financial and resource management in collaboration with the leadership team.Compliance and Quality Assurance:
        • Conduct regular inspections to promote quality patient care.
        • Monitor DEA logs and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.What You'll Bring:
          • Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree or equivalent.
          • Active veterinary license in the state(s) of the assigned hospitals.
          • 3-5 years of veterinary practice experience.
          • DEA license registration (when necessary).
          • Ability to travel regionally (company-paid).
          • Demonstrated leadership qualities, including empathy, self-confidence, and a collaborative spirit.Time Allocation & Travel:This role is designed to focus primarily on clinical duties (75-100% of your time). Administrative tasks (interviews, mentoring, compliance checks, and budgeting) will make up 0-25% of the time. Regional travel is required to effectively support multiple hospitals within the assigned area.Work Schedule & Production Potential:The position operates on a four-day work week, with production potential to directly impact earnings through clinical work.Benefits:
