Job Title: Emergency Room Registered Nurse Job Specialty: Emergency Room Nursing Job Duration: Contact us for details Shift: 1PM-1AM Guaranteed Hours: Contact us for details Experience: 2 years of experience in Emergency Rooms from similar sized healthcare facilities and Emergency Departments is required. License: Active RN license required Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, & NIHSS required; TNCC & ENPC preferred Must-Have: Degree accreditation must be on profile or 5 years of experience; prior travel experience preferred Job Description: - Work in a Level 2 trauma facility with a 22-bed unit. - Manage nurse-to-patient ratios of 3-4:1 in a high acuity Emergency Department. - Utilize Epic for EMR documentation. - Expect floating as required, possibly to other campuses. - Exhibit strong cultural competence and integrate smoothly with core staff. - All requirements, including demographic information, must be complete prior to starting. - Function as part of the core team and maintain professional conduct and adaptability.
