Job Title: Travel Registered Nurse Job Specialty: Progressive Care Unit (PCU) Job Duration: 3 Weeks Shift: 12-Hour Night Shifts Guaranteed Hours: 36 Hours per Week Experience: Minimum 2 years of PCU experience required; wound care experience is a plus. License: Registered Nurse (RN) License Certifications: BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS Must-Have: Experience with Electronic Medical Records, preferably Epic; Prior travel nursing experience Job Description: - Provide care in a 35-bed Surgical PCU with patient ratios of 4-5:1. - Handle complex wound care for surgical flap procedures on specialty beds, and post-operative care. - Engage with a diverse team and integrate seamlessly into unit operations, functioning as core staff. - Be open to floating as needed, which may include traveling to other sister campuses. - Ensure all required documentation is submitted by the deadline, without exceptions for pending documents. - Exhibit a welcoming and adaptive attitude towards different work cultures and teamwork dynamics. - Wear attire in specified colors for professional consistency and unity in the workplace.
