Job Description & Requirements Physical Therapist - Rehabilitation - (PT - Rehab) StartDate: 3/24/2025 Available Shifts: 8 D Pay Rate: $1928.32 - $2112.94 PT needed asap Covid and Flu vaccine required. Radius Rule 50 miles from facility. THIS IS AN INPATIENT REHAB POSITION WORKING IN THE REHAB HOSPITAL OF LEE MEMORIAL CAMPUS. 2 years experience required. Acute care experience required. BLS required. Must have FL license active and on profile. HWL interview and Manager direct offer. ALL RTO or SCHEDULE REQUESTS must be on submission- HCF will not be approving RTO or schedule requests after submission. (Please load all Demographic information at time of submittal: Address, email, full DOB, full SS, RN license number.) We will NOT be able to confirm anyone without this demographic information loaded in the profile. Culture is VERY important here. Travelers are welcomed into the units and are expected to function as core staff does. Hard document deadline is Monday prior to start. No exceptions for pending docs.
