About Manatee Memorial Hospital (MMH):Manatee Memorial Hospital in
Bradenton, Florida, has served the citizens of Manatee, Sarasota

wound care and women's and children's services. Manatee Memorial
Hospital also offers a Level II Neonatal Intensive Care Unit for
babies with special needs. -Functions independently to collaborate,
assess, identify and meet the educational needs of the Perinatal
staff to maintain and improve competence in their defined roles and
provide opportunity for staff fulfillment of regulatory agency
requirements. Responsible for the design and implementation of
effective educational programs through application of adult
learning principles and utilizing multiple teaching approaches
including blended learning, to meet multiple staff learning styles.
- Creates or revises pertinent educational programs, coordinates
implementation of course content, monitors participant - - progress
and evaluates overall effectiveness of programs. - - Participates
in and contributes to interdisciplinary performance improvement
activities. - Integrates evidence based practice and nursing theory
into education interventions. - Demonstrates Service Excellence at

- Graduation from Accredited School of Nursing
