• Job Details
• Traveler position available at Gulf Coast Medical Center for Neuro PCU
• 52 Bed Unit, Ratio 4:1
• 2 years experience required, MUST HAVE STRONG NEURO experience
• Travelers can float to both sides of the Neuro Floor; stepdown and PCU side
• Will be expected to handle ratios 1:4-5
• Need ability to read EKG rhythms
• Galaxy Blue or White scrubs
• DEGREE ACCREDITATION MUST BE ON PROFILE
• Culture is VERY important here
• Travelers are welcomed into the units and are expected to function as core staff does
• Hard document deadline is Monday prior to start
• No exceptions for pending docs
  • Job Requirements
  • BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS required
  • FL/Compact nursing license required (recent Nursys must be on profile)
    • Schedule Information
    • Travelers must be flexible to floating as required
    • Will float out to sister campuses as well
    • NO BLOCK SCHEDULE
    • REQUIRED TO WORK 2 OUT OF THE 4 MAIN HOLIDAYS

      • Additional Details
      • Radius Rule: 50 miles from GCMC perm address
      • FLOATING REQUIRED- Travelers are first to float, possibly float to other sister campuses as well
      • ALL RTO or SCHEDULE REQUESTS must be on submission- HCF will not be approving RTO or schedule requests after submission
      • ALL DEMOGRAPHIC information must be included at time of submittal
