• Certification Details
• BLS, ACLS, NRP required.
• AWHONN intermediate class taken and passed required
• AWHONN Advanced fetal monitoring class and EFM certification preferred.
  • Job Details
  • L&D RN 19 Bed Unit:
  • 2+ years of L&D experience required.
  • Ratios 1-2:1.
  • Need to be able to handle HIGH ACUITY patients.
  • Call required: 12 hours in a 6 week scheduling period.
  • EMR: Epic.
  • Culture is VERY important here.
  • Travelers are welcomed into the units and are expected to function as core staff does.
  • Hard document deadline is Monday prior to start.
  • No exceptions for pending docs.

      • Call required: 12 hours in a 6 week scheduling period.
      • REQUIRED TO WORK 3 OUT OF THE 6 HOLIDAYS (Thanksgiving & Day After, Christmas Eve & Christmas, New Years Eve & New Years)
        • Unit Specific Information
        • L&D RN 19 Bed Unit:
        • Required to work some holidays.
        • Expectation to function as a core staff member.
          • Additional Details
          • FLOATING REQUIRED- Travelers are first to float, possibly float to other sister campuses as well.
          • ALL RTO or SCHEDULE REQUESTS must be on submission- Facility will not be approving RTO or schedule requests after submission.
