Physician- Full TimeNorth Fort Myers--We are seeking a Physician to join our established Hospice practice while serving as a Primary Care Physician to our PACE Center in the area.   --Education and Experience for the Physician:--
  • 
    
  • Doctor of medicine or osteopathy required.
    
  • Current Florida license required.
    
  • 1 year Geriatric care experience required--
    
  • Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine required
    
  • Geriatric experience preferred
    
  • Valid Florida Driver---s license with current automobile insurance and reliable transportation
    
  • Must clear level 2 background check--
    
    Key Responsibilities
    • 
      
    • Serve as Primary Care Physician to the PACE center
      
    • Oversee care & treatment rendered by care teams at PACE
      
    • Collaborate as part of an Interdisciplinary Team
      
    • Carry out supervisory responsibilities
      
    • Travel to Service Areas
