Job Description:

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Contracts and Compliance - Patient Services.
Key Responsibilities

Manage contracts and oversee a team of contract specialists, ensuring quality and timely output
Prepare, review, and evaluate various agreements to ensure accuracy and minimize risk exposure
Collaborate with legal and finance teams to validate contract content and resolve inconsistencies

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in legal, business administration, accountancy, marketing, or a related field
At least six years of direct experience in a contracting environment
Working knowledge of legal terms and conditions
Experience in a healthcare industry consulting environment is preferred
Understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements in healthcare
