Job Description:
A company is looking for a Project Manager to guide the
implementation of Talent Acquisition or Talent Management
projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead large project teams in planning and implementing projects
Manage the full project lifecycle from initiation to closure
Provide analysis, status reports, and risk management solutions
Required Qualifications:
8+ years of project management or continuous improvement
experience
Prior ADP experience is mandatory
Experience leading medium to large cross-functional projects
Strong knowledge of project management processes and tools
PMP, PgMP, PHR, SPHR, or other relevant certifications are
preferred
