Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Communications to
develop and oversee key communications initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Direct and manage internal and external messaging to ensure clarity
and alignment with brand standards
Lead content strategy and oversee drafting, review, and editing
processes to maintain high standards
Develop and implement comprehensive communication plans that
support the organization's long-term goals
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in communications, Public Relations, Journalism,
or a related field
Minimum of six years of experience in communications, with at least
two years in a management role
Demonstrated experience managing a communications team and
understanding both external and internal communications
Strong background in non-profit, public sector, or similar
organizations
Familiarity with campaign management and website content
strategy
