Consulting.
Key Responsibilities
Drive pricing strategies across deals, offerings, and services
Analyze project scopes of work, pricing, and business development
collateral
Collaborate with solution architects to maintain a knowledge
library of technology offerings and pricing models
Required Qualifications and Education
Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of business and technical delivery
experience
Experience in consulting, implementation, and technology lifecycle
management related to real estate technology solutions
In-depth bid management experience, including sales and delivery
cycles
Familiarity with SDLC, Agile, ITSM, and/or ITIL methodologies
Understanding of the corporate real estate market and related
technology solutions
