Job Description:
A company is looking for a Supervisor of Care Management to
oversee the care coordination of behavioral health members.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise the care management team and address escalations related
to behavioral health members
Monitor compliance with documentation and assign caseloads based on
member needs and staff experience
Evaluate team performance, provide coaching, and assist with
onboarding and training new team members
Required Qualifications
Master's degree or Graduate from an Accredited School of
Nursing
4+ years of related experience in care management
Licensed Clinical Behavioral Health Professional or RN based on
state requirements (e.g., LCSW, LMSW, LMFT, LMHC)
Experience in behavioral health care management
