Operations.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute operational strategies to enhance service
delivery efficiency
Implement project tracking systems to monitor performance metrics
and resource allocation
Identify and implement process improvements in collaboration with
cross-functional teams
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in operations, project management, or a
similar role
Minimum of 12 years of related experience or 8+ years with an
advanced degree
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations
Management, or a related field
2+ years of experience directly managing people
Proven track record of driving operational excellence
