for driving revenue and maximizing client lifetime value.
Key Responsibilities
Hire and lead a high-performing team of PEO Solution
Consultants
Empower the team to meet or exceed monthly quota targets
Coach and develop the team through training and strategy
sessions
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience managing Sales Reps in a competitive
market
Proven track record of leading successful sales teams
Experience in building clear and measurable KPIs
Experience in a global payroll sales environment
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced SaaS startup environment
