Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Data Management who
will oversee the data management team and build data capabilities
across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Design data use capabilities to meet diverse business needs
Manage day-to-day operations of the data management team and lead
automation efforts
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather data requirements and
ensure accuracy in data implementation
Required Qualifications
6+ years of experience in healthcare analytics or population health
organizations
3+ years of experience in team development, training, and
recruiting
Experience with Amazon AWS cloud platform
Familiarity with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB or Cassandra
Master's degree in STEM, public health, biostatistics, economics,
or a related field
