Job Description:
A company is looking for a Customer Analytics Manager II
responsible for directing customer analytics initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Lead strategic marketing decisions related to customer insights and
analytics
Develop and manage relationships with internal clients to
understand their analytics needs
Oversee the validation and monitoring of statistical models and
their performance
Required Qualifications
Master's degree in a quantitative field
9 years of relevant experience with 4 years in a managerial
role
Experience managing vendor/partner relationships
Comprehensive understanding of statistical tools (e.g., SPSS,
SAS)
Proficiency in statistical techniques for modeling and data
analysis
