Job Description:
A company is looking for a Global Service Desk Manager to lead
and improve the global service desk function.
Key Responsibilities
Lead a global team to ensure high performance and exceed service
level agreements (SLAs)
Develop and execute a unified service desk strategy with
standardized processes across regions
Manage technology and tools for process automation, ticketing, and
knowledge management
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a
related field
5-7 years of experience managing a global or regional service
desk
Proven track record of delivering measurable service
improvements
Experience with IT Service Management (ITSM) principles and
tools
Preferred: ITIL certification or similar ITSM certification
