Our client, a leading provider in facility management, is seeking a Mobile HVAC -Engineer - to join their team. As a Mobile HVAC Engineer, you will be part of the maintenance department supporting multiple facilities. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work independently, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

• 
  
• Perform maintenance and repairs on Mechanical, Plumbing, Structural, Furniture, Fire, Life Safety, and Control systems to ensure compliance with applicable standards.
  
• Travel between multiple facilities to ensure proper function and maintenance of equipment.
  
• Maintain responsibility for facility services, including preventative maintenance and inventory control.
  
• Conduct cleaning, inspecting, calibrating, and changing parts of HVAC systems to maintain optimal performance levels.
  
• Monitor the quality and pricing of maintenance work performed by outside contractors.
  
  
  What's Needed?
  
  
  • 
    
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent.
    
  • 5-7 years of experience in maintaining and repairing commercial building systems.
    
  • Ability to analyze and troubleshoot Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and HVAC systems.
    
  • EPA 608 Type II Certification.
    
  • Valid driver's license and working knowledge of computer applications including Word and Excel.
