Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior zTPF File Support
Engineer.
Key Responsibilities
Provide technical leadership and expertise for z/TPF File Support
software and mainframe platform capabilities
Design, develop, enhance, and maintain the z/TPF mainframe
platform, operating system, and database
Provide operational support and manage tools for z/TPF database
management and performance
Required Qualifications
Proven experience with z/TPF operating system, database, and
associated infrastructure
Strong knowledge of assembler and C/C++ programming languages
Experience with z/TPF database management and related tools
Familiarity with adjacent systems like z/VM, z/Linux, and z/OS
Knowledge of modern z/TPF capabilities such as DFDL, REST, and
Kafka is a plus
