Job Description:
A company is looking for a Global Support L2 Engineer to
troubleshoot platform-related issues and provide solutions to
customers.
Key Responsibilities
Troubleshoot platform-related issues and provide solutions
Use logging and troubleshooting tools for root-cause analysis
Collaborate with R&D on defect priorities and product
improvement
Required Qualifications
Degree in Engineering or technology-related field (BSc, MSc)
Knowledge in troubleshooting Application Servers (IIS)
Familiarity with Databases (SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL is a
plus)
Understanding of network protocols: TCP/IP, HTTP, HTTPS, FTP, DNS,
SMTP, SSH
Experience with technologies such as .NET, Java, JavaScript, and
REST/SOAP web services
