Job Description:
A company is looking for a Solutions Engineer to support
customer implementations and data analysis.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as a technical expert during implementation projects, guiding
customers on data extraction and integrations
Partner with Customer Success Managers to provide ongoing technical
support and improvement opportunities post-implementation
Analyze customer data to ensure high quality and configure the
Protenus system for optimal performance
Required Qualifications
2+ years of software implementation experience
Healthcare data experience preferred, with pharmacy or medication
experience a plus
Past experience with relational and non-relational databases
Basic proficiency with programming languages such as Java, Scala,
Python, or Spark
Knowledge of Amazon Web Services and information system security
concepts
